It’s no shocker that digital device usage has increased exponentially over the last couple of years. Allen, OD FAAO of the Doctor Eye Health channel, blue light blocking eyeglasses and/or filters can help alleviate the negative effects of blue light on sleep, they may also help alleviate the digital eye strain effects from blue light for some people, and as far as alleviating the effects of blue light on retinal health… that is still inconclusive.
