Heartland Fidelity Insurance Company is an association captive established in 2003 to provide alternative risk financing capacity for group health benefit programs. Through the Benecard Association and its affiliate program manager, Benecard Services, clients and their employees are provided top quality plan administration and insurance protection for excess exposure.
