Feature in Benefits Magazine
Benecard President, Dave Karlin, was featured in the October 2020 issue of Benefits Magazine. In the article, he discusses how the added benefit of mindfulness has helped Benecard employees through the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the article, Mr. Karlin talks about these changes and the benefits of mindfulness. Read more here.
The Benecard 3-Month Program
You might remember we announced in the Summer issue of the Benefactor that Benecard Services launched a new three-month meditation program at no charge for its clients, their members, and benefit advisors to help address the effects of COVID-19. The program attracted over 500 enrollees who we surveyed at the end of the program to see the impact of mindfulness on their lives.
We found:
-
96.3% of respondents engaged with the program at least once a week and 63% of respondents engaged with the program a few times a week or more
-
81.5% of respondents said they experienced stress relief
-
92.6% of respondents said they would continue with the program if offered again
-
59.3% of respondents said they experienced a greater sense of health + well-being
-
55.6% of respondents said they experienced increased focus
-
All those who responded said they would recommend the program to someone else
